Eligibility:

• This campaign is valid for purchases made at any participating ZENXIN outlet in Malaysia, except Kluang Town and JB outlets.
• Purchases made online or in supermarkets are currently not eligible for this campaign.
• Only products under the brands ZENXIN, Simply Natural, and Better Gourmet are eligible for ZENXIN Health Points collection.
• Purchases of other brands are excluded from this campaign.

Receipt Submission Deadline:

• The last day to submit receipts is 31 December 2025, 11:59PM (strictly).
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

Gift Redemption Deadline:

• Gifts must be redeemed by 15 January 2026, 11:59PM (strictly).
• Gifts can only be redeemed in-store at any participating ZENXIN outlet (except Kluang Town and Johor Bahru outlets).

How It Works:

1. Purchase any ZENXIN, Simply Natural, or Better Gourmet products at participating ZENXIN outlets (except Kluang Town and Johor Bahru outlets).
2. Snap & Upload your purchase receipt via ZENXIN’s Official WhatsApp: https://wa.me/60178148399?text=Hello! I want to collect ZENXIN Health Points.
3. Earn 1 ZENXIN Health Point for every RM10 spent. *Limited Launch Bonus: 2x Reward Points, RM10 = 2pts. Valid from 17 November to 31 December 2025 only.
4. Redeem rewards once you reach the qualifying point tiers.

Points & Verification:

• Points will be verified and updated within 3 working days after receipt submission.
• Only purchases of ZENXIN, Simply Natural, and Better Gourmet products are eligible to earn Health Points. Products from other brands are not eligible for this campaign.
• Health Points are calculated based on the total amount after discounts and vouchers.
• Each receipt can only be submitted once.
• Duplicated, unclear, or incomplete receipts will be rejected.
• ZENXIN reserves the right to request proof of purchase or the original receipt for verification purposes.
• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Unused points after the redemption deadline will be forfeited automatically.
• ZENXIN reserves the right to suspend, void, or adjust points if any suspicious activity is detected.

Reward Tiers:

All gifts are while stocks last and subject to availability. ZENXIN reserves the right to substitute any gift with another item of equivalent value without prior notice.

Redemption Process:

• Gifts can only be redeemed in-store at any participating ZENXIN outlet (except Kluang Town and Johor Bahru outlets).

• ZENXIN reserves the right to change, substitute, or amend the rewards with another item of equivalent value without prior notice.
• Customers cannot choose specific gift variants (e.g. vegetable type etc).
• Upon receiving your gift: To ensure verification accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims, all redemption verification must be done by ZENXIN outlet staff only.
• Points will be deducted and updated in the system within 3 working days after redemption confirmation.

Refer & Earn Bonus Points:

• Refer a friend to join as a ZENXIN member and shop during the campaign period to earn +10 Health Points each (for both referrer and referee).
• To qualify:
  The new member (referee) must:
  • Make a purchase in any participating ZENXIN outlets during the campaign period.
  • Join as a ZENXIN member.
  • Submit their purchase receipt and enter their referrer’s phone number in the system.
  The referrer must also provide the referee’s phone number for verification.
• Both parties’ points will be credited after verification within 3 working days.

General Terms:

• ZENXIN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• All decisions by ZENXIN regarding eligibility, verification, and rewards are final and binding.
• ZENXIN shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from participation in this program.
• By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to ZENXIN’s use of their submitted photos for marketing or verification purposes.
