At ZENXIN, we stand by the freshness of our organic produce. If you encounter any quality issues, you may request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth process, the following conditions must be met:

How to Return?

For In-Store Purchases:
- Return the product to the same ZENXIN Outlet within 7 days.
- Bring your receipt and the product.
- Our staff will process a refund or replacement on the spot.

- Clear photo or video of the product showing the freshness issue
(e.g., bruising, mold, spoilage)
- Clear photo original receipt or order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Staff will review and assist you with a resolution.

How is the Refund Process?
Once approved, choose one of the following:
- Full refund (same payment method)
- Immediate product replacement
- Refunds for credit card payments may take 3 – 5 working days depending on your bank.
- No refund without receipt or if return is past 24 hours.
2. Simply Natural – 7 Days Quality Guarantee (No Questions Asked)
Applies only to Simply Natural brand products purchased from our official website or ZENXIN Outlets
We stand behind the quality of every Simply Natural product. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return or refund policy — no questions asked. To ensure a smooth process, the following conditions must be met

While our 7 Days Quality Guarantee offers a full refund in most cases, there are certain situations where we may offer a 50% refund instead:
- The product is partially used or opened, but still within 7 days.
- The packaging is missing or damaged, but the product is still safe and usable
What example we can’t give full refund:
- Customer used half the product, but later claims the product defects (e.g., herbal tea, honey, oil)
- Product expired within 1–2 days after purchase (still within 7 days), but already partially used
- Incorrect item delivered, but customer decides to keep and try it
