Ingredients
- 350 g ZENXIN Organic Broccoli Florets
- 1 ZENXIN Organic Apple, (approx. 150 g), quartered, stem removed
- 20 g ZENXIN Organic Brown Onion
- 100 g courgettes, cut in pieces
- 20 g Simply Natural Apple Cider Vinegar, preferably organic
- 60 g Simply Natural Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Simply Natural French Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Simply Natural Ground Black Pepper
- 40 g Simply Natural Organic Golden Raisins (optional)
Methods
- Chop broccoli, apple, onion and courgette into bite-sized.
- Mix the ingredients with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve straight away or chill to serve later.
