Soft Boiled Egg Rice Ball
Ingredients

- Egg 2 pcs
Ingredients B:
- 100g of Steamed rice
- 5g fish floss
- 5g seaweed
- 5g sesame
- 1 pinch of Himalayan Rock Salt
Methods
- Bring the water to a boil
- Reduce the water to a boil
- Add in egg cook 5-7 minutes
- Cool egg with ice water and remove eggshell
- Mix all the ingredients B
- Wrap the ingredients b with soft boiled egg
