Seaweed Sprout Egg Soup
Ingredients
- 5pcs of Seaweed Sprout (soak with water 5 mins)
- 1pcs egg
- 5pcs of Qing Yuan Small Brown Shiitake (soak with water 5 mins)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 500ml filtered water
Methods
- Boil the water and add in seaweed sprout and shiitake
- Cook in 5 minutes, season to taste with salt
- Remove from heat, slowly add in egg and stir
- Ready to serve
