Healing Hibiscus Tea with Lavender Honey
Ingredients
- 3 Simply Natural Organic Hibiscus Tea Bags
- 1 litre boiled filtered water
- 2-3 tsp per glass of Spanish Organic Raw Lavender Honey
Methods
- Take boiling water and pour over tea bags in a pot.
- Steep for at least 10 mins.
- Allow to cool a little before adding the honey. (This is to ensure that the raw honey is not stripped of its beneficial properties.)
- Serve and enjoy!
Tip: This is equally delicious served cold as it is in Jamaican Agua de Flor.
