Egg Custard
Ingredients
- 2 ZENXIN Organic Antibiotic Free Eggs (Selenium Enriched) yolks, from large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Simply Natural Premium Grade Organic Soy Sauce (optional)
- 400 g water
- 10 g Simply Natural Corn Flour
Methods
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and leave it cool.
- Serve.
