How to Participate
Terms and Conditions
- The campaign runs from 15 April 2025 until 31 May 2025 (closes at 23:59:59 pm).
- The campaign is applicable for ZENXIN, Simply Natural and Better Gourmet products only in any participating Jaya Grocer supermarkets.
- Voucher Usage:
- The RM50 voucher consists of RM25 for an online voucher which can be redeemed at our website www.zenxin.com.my and RM25 in-store voucher can be redeemed at any ZENXIN Organic Outlet (exclude Kluang Town & JB outlets)
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions, discounts or offers unless stated otherwise.
- Farm Tour Participation:
- The farm tour date will be determined by the organiser and participants cannot request to reschedule the tour at their convenience.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their availability on the scheduled date.
- If a participant fails to attend the farm tour on the scheduled date, the ticket will be forfeited and it is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other services or products.
- One (1) receipt is equivalent to one (1) entry submission.
- A valid receipt must be uploaded as proof of purchase; incomplete or unclear receipts may be rejected.
- Participants must provide their full name and phone number for verification and will be kept confidential solely for campaign-related purposes only.
- Multiple entries are allowed, however duplicate submissions using the same receipt will be disqualified.
- Winner announcement will be made on ZENXIN Organic Food Malaysia’s official Facebook Page or other platforms decided by the Organizer within 30 days after the Campaign ends.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prizes with others at similar value without any prior notice. Prizes are strictly not exchangeable, transferable or exchangeable for cash or other prizes.
