High Value Prizes Redemption

1. This Scratch & Win card ("Scratch Card") campaign is organised by ZENXIN and shall be valid while stocks last.
2. The campaign period is from 8-24 August 2025 at any participating ZENXIN retail outlet only.
3. Online and supermarket are excluded from this campaign.
4. To participate, you must purchase of RM150 in a single receipt in any participating ZENXIN outlet.
5. The Scratch Card will be collected back by the ZENXIN outlet staff upon collection of the prize.
6. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangable for cash or any other items. The vouchers and prizes are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
7. ZENXIN deserved the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Scratch Card campaign without prior notice.

3. You will be asked to provide the following details:
   • A photo of your winning Scratch Card
   • A clear image of your purchase receipt
   • Your Full Name and Contact Number
   • The ZENXIN outlet where you would like to collect your prize
4. Our team will verify your submission within 3–5 working days. Once confirmed, we will contact you with collection instructions..
5. The original Scratch Card must be presented at the time of prize collection to complete the redemption process.

Special Farm Tour Participation

1. Particpants who win the Special Farm Tour ticket, our team will contact you at a later date with full details regarding the tour schedule and redemption process.
2. The farm tour date will be determined by the organiser and participants cannot request to reschedule the tour at their convenience.
3. Participants are responsible for ensuring their availability on the scheduled date.
4. If a participant fails to attend the farm tour on the scheduled date, the ticket will be forfeited and it is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other services or products.

Voucher Redemption

1. Voucher values and their corresponding minimum spend requirements are as follows:

   • RM100 E-Store Voucher with a minimum spend of RM300
   • RM50 In-Store Voucher with a minimum spend of RM200
   • RM50 E-Store Voucher with a minimum spend of RM200
   • RM20 In-Store Voucher with a minimum spend of RM150
   • RM20 E-Store Voucher with a minimum spend of RM150
   • RM10 In-Store Voucher with a minimum spend of RM50
   • RM10 E-Store Voucher with a minimum spend of RM50
   • RM5 In-Store Voucher without minimum spend
   • RM5 E-Store Vocuher without minimum spend
2. In-Store Voucher is applicable in any participating ZENXIN retail outlet only while E-Store Voucher is applicable on ZENXIN website: www.zenxin.com.my only.
3. To apply your discount:
   • In-store: Present the physical scratch card at the cashier. The outlet will collect the Scratch Card upon successful use.
   • E-store: Enter the discount code shown on the Scratch Card at checkout to apply the discount.
4. Each voucher is applicable for single redemption only.
5. Voucher cannot be applied to any other ongoing promotions or special event, including Member Day, Mega Sale or other promotional events.
6. This voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, including birthday voucher etc.
7. Each voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, or other vouchers.
8. The expiry date of the vouchers are on 15 Oct 2025, after which they will expire or lost gift vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
