Chocolate Seed Granola
Ingredients
- 2 oz Simply Natural Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
- 5 oz maple syrup
- 10 ½ oz Simply Natural Organic Rolled Oats, gluten free
- 3 oz Simply Natural Dehydrated Pumpkin Seed
- 1 oz sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp Simply Natural Organic Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Simply Natural Organic Brown Flaxseeds
- 6 tbsp unsweetened Simply Natural Organic Cocoa Powder
- 1 oz unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tsp Simply Natural Himalayan Rock Salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Methods
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
- Cook coconut oil and maple syrup for 3 minutes.
- Add oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, salt and vanilla and mix well. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and distribute evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes (350°F). Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container and store until ready to use.
