Ingredients

  • 180 g white rice, rinsed
  • 1 tsp Simply Natural French Sea Salt, adjust to taste
  • 2 tsp Simply Natural Sesame Oil (dark roasted)
  • 150 g whole chicken breast
  • 2 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1500 g water
  • 1 – 2 pinches Simply Natural White Pepper Powder, adjust to taste
  • 1 sprig ZENXIN Organic Spring Onion, chopped, to garnish

 

Methods

  1. In a pot, add white rice, sesame oil, chicken breast, chicken stock powder and water. Cook for 25 minutes.
  2. Add white pepper powder to taste. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
